The dependence of agriculture on weather and climatic conditions makes it vulnerable to climate change. These vulnerabilities might be experienced through decreases yields, diseases, water problems and soil erosion. Failure to address the risks posed by climate change threaten the livelihoods and food security of the affected regions.
